Partner With Us
Advancing evidence-driven solutions for maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health across Africa through research, implementation, and systems strengthening.
We collaborate with governments, universities, funders, NGOs, and global health institutions to design, evaluate, and scale programs that improve health outcomes for women, adolescents, newborns, and children across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Working Across Research, Policy, and Implementation
Our work is strengthened through collaboration with ministries of health, universities, multilateral agencies, NGOs, and global funding partners committed to advancing RMNCAH+N outcomes.
Why Partner With Us
Evidence That Changes Policy & Practice
20+ evaluations and implementation studies since 2016 have informed national guidelines, training packages, and service delivery models in Uganda, Kenya, and Malawi.
Our implementation research on kangaroo mother care informed Uganda’s 2022 National Newborn Care Guidelines and district training packages now used across 60+ health facilities.
Proven at Scale, District to Multi-Country
We design and test innovations in Uganda, then validate and adapt for regional and global scale. Our methods and learning platforms have supported implementation research and program evaluation in 28 countries across Africa and Asia. You get evidence that’s locally grounded, regionally relevant, and policy-ready.
Local Ownership & Equity at the Core
All work is co-designed with Ministries of Health and aligned to national priorities. We disaggregate data by gender, age, and geography to identify who is being left behind, and design targeted operational solutions to reach them.
Building African Research Capacity
We strengthen people and systems. We have mentored 10+ PhDs and 30+ Master’s/Bachelor’s graduates to completion. 80% of our current staff started as interns or mentees here.
We also train MOH and NGO staff in M&E, data use, implementation science, and health systems strengthening through embedded coaching.
Flexible, Accountable & Built to Last
We work with both restricted and unrestricted funding, giving partners flexibility to respond to what works on the ground. All funding is backed by annual audited financials, safeguarding policy, data governance, and risk management frameworks. We commit to open access publishing and ethical data sharing.
